Do you work with my industry?
Yes. We set everything up remotely and work with businesses in any industry. We're currently onboarding US businesses.
What happens after I pay?
We email you a short onboarding form and your service agreement. Once we have your answers, we build your AI receptionist, test it, and set up call forwarding with you.
How do I give you my business info?
Through the onboarding form: your services, service area, hours, pricing rules, what counts as an emergency, and the questions callers usually ask. If anything is unclear, we'll follow up by email.
How fast is setup?
Typically a few business days after onboarding.
Will callers know it's AI?
It sounds natural, and it will say it's an AI assistant if asked. Callers mostly care about being answered and booked fast.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. We set up call forwarding from your existing number — all calls, overflow only, or after-hours only.
What calendar does it work with?
Google Calendar, Cal.com, and most popular scheduling tools. We'll confirm yours during onboarding.
What about emergencies?
You set the rules. Emergencies can be transferred live to you or texted immediately.
What if I need changes later?
Email us with new hours, services, pricing rules, or routing and we'll update it. Booking and Pro plans also include a monthly call report & tune-up.
Is there a contract? How do I cancel?
Month-to-month after setup. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice by emailing us. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once we've started building.
How do I stop marketing messages?
Reply STOP to any text, "unsubscribe" to any email, or email us and we'll remove you promptly.
